Welcome to the official blog of the Next Gen ministries at Cypress Meadows Community Church. This is where parents, volunteers, and all other interested parties can find information, updates, and everything else needed to keep current on what's happening in The Treehouse (birth - 3yrs.), Kids Connection (4yrs. - 4th grade), and Oneanother (5th - 7th grade). Parents, this blog has been designed to serve as a bridge to you. Society tells us the days of newsletters are behind us but we know that you still want to know what is going on with your children. So in an effort to serve you better we've created a place that you can come and, with just a few clicks, discover what your child will be learning on the upcoming Sunday, what special classes or events designed to serve you as a parent are coming up, or even cool resources that exist to help you as you strive to raise your children in God-honoring and effective ways . You'll also be able to find important dates to remember, event registration info, and much, much more all in this one place.

And since this is a blog, it is designed to be interactive. From time to time you will find surveys, polls, etc. to help us gather your input when making decisions concerning Next Gen, but in addition you are always welcome to post a question, comment, or other type of feedback. We believe our kids need the church and family to partner together to serve their best interests, so let's keep the lines of communication open.
